Tania ArtemyevaI’m a piano teacher with over 15 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Music.
I believe children learn best when they feel comfortable, understood and encouraged. My lessons are calm, focused and supportive, with enough structure to make steady progress and enough flexibility to keep learning enjoyable.
I enjoy getting to know each student and finding the approach that helps them feel confident at the piano.

Lessons are for children and teens aged 6+, from complete beginners to advanced students, including those preparing for ABRSM exams.
Yes, regular practice at home is an important part of progress. An acoustic piano or a good-quality digital piano/keyboard is suitable for beginners, and I’m happy to advise on what to look for.
Yes. Lessons are available in 30, 45 or 60-minute sessions, depending on the student’s age, level and goals. I can recommend the most suitable option.
A 10% sibling discount is available when two or more children from the same family attend lessons.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged in full.
Yes. I prepare students for ABRSM graded exams from Grades 1–8, including repertoire, scales, sight-reading, aural skills and performance preparation.
Lessons take place at my piano studio in Weston, Bath. Online lessons are also available.
Most students have one lesson per week, which allows for consistent progress and regular guidance.
I use a combination of Piano Safari, Muso Method and traditional repertoire, adapting lessons to each student’s age, level and learning style.
